*In order to speed up the processing of your request, indicate in the subject of your email "Cancel my order" as well as your full name and your order number in the body of the email.
Return and Refund Policy
If the order has been shipped, rest assured, you can return for a refund, subject to the rules below.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original packaging. The package delivery label must also be present and intact.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Digital books
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
Reimbursement of delivery costs is only possible in the event of withdrawal before the parcel is sent.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged.

To return a product, you must contact us by email at: email@example.com and we will inform you of the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse capable of receiving returned packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we advise you to consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the package or purchase delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
